We enjoyed our last week of term and were kept busy preparing for and beginning to celebrate Christmas.
We had a Christmas party and talent show, with children from Woodpeckers showing off their singing and joke-telling and performing magic tricks.
Some of Woodpeckers took part in a research project with Southampton University, trying out online games to help with team work and social skills.
We enjoyed Christmas dinner and we practised our Christmas facts loop card game, reducing our time taken to below three minutes.
Using our growing craft skills, we made robins cards for our reading partners in Reception.
On the last day of term three Woodpeckers read prayers in church for our six lesson and carols service.
After all of that, we were more than ready for a holiday and some time with our families.
