Santa's on Strike and Cathedral writing

"It’s Christmas Eve and Santa’s in a mood! He’s seen too many episodes of Supernanny and thinks children don’t deserve presents anymore, so he goes on strike! As Mrs Santa and the elves show him snapshots of family life, will he realise that Christmas is still a time of giving, caring and sharing? You bet he will, and so will your audience in this celebration of all that is good about Christmas…and about children!"  Edgy Productions
Starring children from Nightingales and Woodpeckers, with singing from Blackbirds, this was our Christmas production.  There was amazing acting and super songs on Tuesday 12th and Wednesday 13th December.  We were delighted that so many parents, family and friends came along to watch.  The children performed well and everyone enjoyed the experience.

Writing about our Salisbury Cathedral visit

Following our visit to Salisbury Cathedral, we captured our thoughts about our experience.  Some children chose to write a poem about the day, some chose to draw and label pictures, some wrote a recount.
