Learning the myth of Osiris and Moana at the cinema

As part of our work on ancient Egypt, we are learning the myth of the Egyptian god Osiris.  Using actions and a story map, we will remember the story and be able to retell it.  We will use this to help us write our own stories in English lessons.

All of key stage 2 went to see the Disney film Moana at Salisbury Odeon on Thursday 9th November.  This was part of the INTOFILM film festival and every child took part for free.  Children in Woodpeckers enjoyed the film - here are a couple of our reviews.
