Nightingales took part in an art exhibition at St Paul's Church in Salisbury, linked to The Bridge Youth Project. Eight local schools transformed the pillars in the nave with Biblical themes. Nightingales' theme was Noah's Ark and this involved them painting beautiful pictures of animals, as well as creating clever raindrops. Class teacher and Teaching Assistant, Mrs Hamblin and Miss Marsden, had worked hard to ensure the children's work was high quality. It looked fantastic in the church, alongside the other schools' work.
Mrs Fielder, several members of staff and some children were able to attend the opening ceremony and to meet the mayor of Salisbury, John Walsh, and John Glen MP.
Nightingales were able to visit their artwork in the church and they very much enjoyed seeing it. They were very proud.
